I work with each client to create an individualized program based on personal goals and mobility limitations. Not only do we focus on the physical aspect of wellness, but we hone in on mental well-being by:

  1. Accepting where you are at in the moment

  2. Honoring your body 

  3. Determining any internal or external obstacle that may prohibit follow through with your program
